The core of this property is the original 1950′s white modernist house, which cantilevers on the edge of a sandstone cutting with dramatic northerly views of Middle Harbour.
While requiring restoration, the strength and integrity of this 50’’s classic was evident. Using a pared back mid-century modern palette of materials we re-fitted the interior, restored the exterior and designed a new rear entry that draws you through the house and central courtyard to the pool and water views.
