The Functional Art Deco apartment building and café is located in a significant coastal setting within the Bondi Beach dress circle.

Respectful modifications are proposed to the façade of the two-storey building, activating the strip retail of Campbell Parade with a split-level gallery and the new works, three residential levels are setback to enjoy the dramatic sweep of Bondi beach.
