The Gladstone is located on a triangular island site in the heart of Newtown’s residential, industrial and converted warehouse zone.

The serrated wedge-shaped plan, incorporates two buildings separated by a thru site link and landscaped courtyard with 6 creative use commercial spaces on the ground floor and three levels of 27 residential apartments above.

A robust industrial rhythm is established with a framework of horizontal spandrels, facetted vertical façade elements that respond to the sites sculptural shape and industrial heritage.
