With supportive clients, our approach was express the barefoot glamour of Bondi by activating the busy street scape with articulated, colourful alterations, a sensitive restoration.

The new Miami Art deco ‘sea foam blue’ colour scheme, is accentuated with curved concrete and masonry detailing to the balconies and crisp white steel detailing to the rooftop form.
